50 Weeks Old

Closing in on one year old. Though Jamma has been crossing her fingers that little mister would wait until our CA visit later this week to take his first steps, he decided to surprise us by walking yesterday! Steps are tentative and he's reluctant to let go of our fingers, but once he does he manages to string together 8-10 adorably wobbly steps, so I think that's official.

Hmm, let's see what else is going on these days?

Suddenly despises wearing socks and always removes them immediately after I put them on his feet.

Coffee, bagel, Sunday paper. A true New Yorker.

Temps dipped to the 40s one morning last week! But G's got the bundled look on lock.

Early morning cuddles and crinkle-eyed smiles. These are a few of my favorite things.

Big enough to ride on dad's shoulders now - hold onto those ears!

Still loves to look at books.

And hang out in the cupboard.

Beautiful little weirdo.

Can't Check This

Don't feed the goalie.

PS to all of Graham's very concerned grandmothers who reached out...
DON'T WORRY it's just makeup, the black eye is fake!

Fierce Competition

I forget to mention a very important part of our trip to Cape May this summer...

Graham's first skeeball experience!!!

Also some light gambling. And these two dorks:

Tickets galore! After hours of hard work, we won four temporary tattoos and a slap bracelet.

Don't worry, we went home and bathed in disinfectant.

Cape May 2015

We ventured back to the beach this year with our dear friends the Spero's. Though the trip was over two months ago, finally proving we actually went with some pics!

My parents joined us, which was super fun because G had a ton of new tricks to show off and lots more people to swim in the pool with. Plus, mom and dad actually got to take some naps. What what!

Beach Bod by GOC

Graham was stoked to hang with Elliot and sport MATCHING PIG PAJAMAS.

Spent lots of (very) early mornings at the beach.

Enjoying lots of time with Grandad and Jamma.

And sampling the splashes in every fountain in town!

We rented bikes this year and it was SUCH an awesome way to get around town.

G was too small to go in a bike seat, so we all took turns running alongside the bikers with the stroller. Which wasn't too bad, except for the day it was a hundred and nine degrees (ok it was like 90, but running with a stroller was ridiculous). We biked everywhere, from the beach to the grocery store to our wild and crazy parents night out double date when Jamma and Grandad stayed in with the munchkins! Nobody wanted to throw down with our bike gang, they must have been veyr intimidated by our baskets and baby seats.

Thanks for a fun week Cape May...we'll be dreaming of you during the loooong months of winter.
