Halloween is going to be an interesting experience for me this year, because they do things a little differently in the city! Apparently, it's quite common for kids to go trick-or-treating inside their apartment buildings. Our building has a sign-up sheet for those interested in handing out candy, then parents get a print-out of the apartments it's ok for their kids to knock on come October 31st. Genius, I say!
